The restaurant "La Zattera sul Lago" lives up to its name.
As a guest you can dine right on the beach, as if you're on a raft on the lake.
Our chef Marco Follieri will spoil you with his extraordinary recipes.

Our chef will prepare you his extraordinary creations that will make your evening unforgettable.

First dishes (Sea)

  • Ravioli of grouper with walnuts butter, pears and scent of Cointreau 
  • Linguine with cuttlefish, dry tomatoes, arugula souce and scent of lemon
  • Spaghetti with clams
  • Penne  with creamed cod, olives from Taggia, capers, tomatoes from pachino and martora
  • Risotto with black oft he cuttlefish
  • Spaghetti with little lobster and sea-food      

First dishes (Land)

  • Classic Risotto cucked in Amarone wine , with grana souce
  • Penne in broccoli sauce, sausage and cacio ricotta cheese
  • Spaghetti at the amatriciana style
  • Penne at the bolognese style
  • Spaghetti aglio, olio e peperoncino or Carbonara
  • Gnocchi of Ricotta cheese from Baldo, truffle and malted butter €
  • Tortelloni with porcini mushrooms,  julienne of chicory from Verona gorgonzola souce and grain of nutts

Second Course (Sea)

  • Squid and potatoes in garlic sauce, spring onion, cappers and parsly 
  • Tuna steack with sesame seeds, grilled onion and glasso of Modena Balsamic winegard
  • Grilled squids with extra virgin olive oil from Garda lake, salt and Black pfeffer
  • Fisches mixed fry (little lobster, Prawns-squids) with  cloud of leek  
  • Grilled trout
  • Fillet of sea bass in a puff pastry of potatoes, taggiasca olives and Martora

Second Course (Land)

  • Beef cheek coke in low temperature in Amarone wine souce
  • Overcooked of angus in Soave wine over a bed of golden onions
  • Grilled lamb ribs
  • Entrecote of angus with truffle in shallot and rosemary sauce
  • Milanese coutlet


  • Mixed: Iceberg, chicory from Verona, soncino, tomato
  • Gustosa: soncino, boiled potatoes, boiled egg, tuna, shrimps, tomato olives
  • Sfiziosa: Iceberg, chicory from Verona, soncino, arugula, grapes, walnuts
